All Our Kin (AOK)

The All Our Kin Virtual Business Series is designed to support adult learners to have positive and successful learning experiences, so they leave with the knowledge and relationships to sustain and grow their family child care businesses. The business series program supports family child care educators in their journey as successful business owners. This comprehensive program provides 34 hours of material over a 10-week series, covering essential topics such as contracts and policies, marketing, risk management, accounting, tax record keeping and more.

Educator Led Communities of Care (ELCC)

Educator Led Communities of Care (ELCC) Intensive Program is designed to support family child care providers and educators by creating intentional spaces to connect, share experiences, and strengthen our professional community. This program will host four in-person gatherings across various communities in California. Through these gatherings, participants will have the opportunity to build authentic connections, reflect in a safe and supportive environment on the joys and challenges of our work, and collectively harness our voices to foster meaningful change in early childhood education. ELCC will explore topics such as Child Development, Leadership, Skill Sharing, Self-Care, and more—providing practical tools and opportunities for growth both personally and professionally.
